Matchday: PEVIC SC Opens Its Debut League Season With a Double-Header in Musanze Match Written by PEVIC SC Communication 11 Oct 2026

PEVIC SC starts its first season in the D1 Men’s Handball National League today, Sunday 11 October 2026, with two matches at Musanze Youth Center Court.

The wait is over. Founded in 2026 to bring a new standard of professionalism to Rwandan handball, PEVIC SC plays its first league matches today in Round 1, Day 1 of the 2026/27 season.

Playing two games on the same day will test the squad’s depth, fitness and focus. That is exactly the kind of challenge the club’s strength and conditioning and coaching programme was built for. The team faces Gicumbi HT first, then takes on hosts Musanze HC two hours later.

This season’s theme is Building to Last. Today’s debut is the first step towards the club’s three goals for the season: arriving as a competitive force, showing professional club operations, and building PEVIC SC into a club the community backs.
